Each project’s scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables are defined through written communication and mutual agreement before execution.

• Respond promptly to queries, approvals, and feedback requests
• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
• Refrain from requesting unlawful, unethical, or misleading work

Reasonable revisions may be included as discussed during project onboarding. Any significant change in scope, features, or direction may require revised timelines and additional charges.

All payments must be made according to the agreed milestones or upfront terms. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.

Delayed or incomplete payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of services.

All designs, code, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of PixelMind Developer until full payment has been received.

Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information, including business strategies, technical details, and sensitive data.

We may integrate or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or services. PixelMind Developer is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by such third parties.

PixelMind Developer shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions.

Either party may terminate services if contractual terms are violated. Any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.

PixelMind Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
